Lillian Guido - Program Administrator

Lillian Guido has worked with children since 1987. She has taught preschool, kindergarten and school age children. She became certified through the Office for Children in 1989. Lillian loves working with school age children, with all their unique personalities and views of life. She feels especially happy when a child brings in a report card and says, “Thank you for helping me, I made the honor roll!” Lillian believes that making a difference in a child’s life is the most important thing a person can do. “After all,” she says, “they are our future.”

Site Coordinators – Every KidSmart School Age program is under the supervision of a Site Coordinator. They have excellent organizational and communication skills, and are nurturing, caring, and creative in their work with children. Site Coordinators have several years of directly related experience, as well as education in some area of Early Childhood Education.
